Funding for Cumberland Community School

Cumberland Community School has received some funding from the province. Comox Valley MLA Don McRae says the almost $170 thousand will go towards upgrading the school’s direct digital controls system. McRae says upgrades to the schools technology will make the facility more energy efficient, and provide a more comfortable environment for students to learn in. Carihi Secondary in Campbell River received $280 thousand from the province to upgrade the school’s flooring.
